Roast lamb with potatoes is one of the classic recipe of lamb in the oven (you can use shoulder or leg).
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Chopped lamb
- Lampascioni (wild onions)
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Rosemary
- Grated cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cut potatoes into disks, flavour with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, grated cheese, rosemary, chilli pepper. Bake for about an hour.
