This recipe contain the fibers of vegetables and eggs proteins. It is a complete dish from a nutritional point of view. It can be proposed as a vegetarian main dish or as a main dish.
- Grated cheese
- Bread crumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
First, clean the artichokes by removing the hard leaves, the tip and the beard inside. Cut the stems into rounds form. Put the artichokes in water and lemon. Fill them with a mix of cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, bread crumbs, the stems. Cook the peas with extra virgin olive oil, onions, water and salt. Put the stuffing mix into the middle of artichokes. Place the artichokes in the cooked peas. Cook for half an hour. Serve them not with slices of bread.
